- Welcome to Oren Mizrach Insurance Agency – a website providing services for obtaining price quotes and purchasing various insurance policies and/or ancillary insurance coverages, from a variety of insurance companies, pension funds, provident funds, investment houses, and other entities (hereinafter: "the System").
- The user hereby agrees and confirms in advance that Oren Mizrach and/or anyone on its behalf and/or the offering companies and/or anyone on their behalf may contact them from time to time, either orally or in writing, whether by direct mail or by any other means, using the contact details provided by them during registration to the System, including for sending notices, advertisements, offer(s) for purchasing insurance coverages in various fields and/or offering various and/or ancillary services, and more.
- As part of using the System and/or Oren Mizrach's websites, the user undertakes to comply with all legal requirements regarding the preservation and protection of the privacy of any entity, including all requirements of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
- Information collected from the user and/or provided by them will be stored in registered databases of Oren Mizrach, which are used by the agency and/or entities on its behalf or for it, and entities operating in business cooperation with it, for the purpose of managing and operating all its services and products, through it and/or through entities on its behalf or for it, as well as for managing communication with users; updating, confirming and/or informing the user about any matter and/or issue related to the requested service; fostering and encouraging user loyalty by analyzing characteristics, processing information and/or lawful direct mail according to the characteristics in the database; conducting analyses, surveys, and statistical research; handling complaints, inquiries and/or claims, if any.
- Information about the user is not required by law to be provided, and its provision is solely the user's responsibility, of their own free will and consent.
- Oren Mizrach undertakes not to transfer information about the user to third parties not directly associated with it, except as required for providing a service and/or with the user's consent and/or by law and/or for fulfilling the aforementioned purposes by the agency and/or anyone on its behalf or for it.
- For the avoidance of doubt and without derogating from the above, Oren Mizrach may transfer to the various offering companies and/or anyone on their behalf all of the user's details (including but not limited to their full name, ID number, and contact details) as well as the details and information uploaded by them to the System, for any purpose whatsoever, and the user agrees to this in advance.
- Oren Mizrach does not share personal and identifiable information about the user with any third party without the user's consent, except with the various insurance companies and/or anyone on their behalf as mentioned above. However, Oren Mizrach may share summarized, non-identifiable information about the user with advertisers, business partners, funders, and other entities.
- Oren Mizrach will share specific personal information about a user if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, court/tribunal summons, law, or court/tribunal order/any judicial authority whatsoever.
- Oren Mizrach takes customary precautions available to it to protect, as far as possible, the user's personal details. In cases beyond its control and/or arising from force majeure, Oren Mizrach will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user and/or anyone on their behalf, including if their details are lost and/or reach any entity and/or are used in any way without authorization.
- Oren Mizrach will not store or back up for the user the information and/or details provided by them as part of their use of the System and/or as part of any action performed by them through the System.
